Peak M&S Education Centre ("we", "us") is a Hong Kong education centre offering ESG, sustainability and green finance training courses. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you browse esg-peak.com, enquire about or enrol in our courses. 2. Data we collect

• Enquiries and enrolments: name, phone number, email and course details you provide when contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
• Course administration: attendance records and certificates issued.
• Usage data: this site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We do not collect names or contact details through analytics.

3. How we use your data

• To answer enquiries and process course enrolments
• To administer courses, attendance and certificates
• To provide documentation supporting your GSF reimbursement application, where you request it
• To send course-related updates you have asked for

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Third-party services

This website links to WhatsApp (Meta) for enquiries, uses Google Analytics for anonymous traffic statistics, and links to the government GSF portal (greentalent.org.hk) for subsidy information. Those services are governed by their own policies.

5. Data retention

Enrolment and certificate records are kept as long as needed for course administration and to support former students' reimbursement or CPD evidence requests. You may ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.

6. Your rights (PDPO)
