1. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed when we confirm your seat via WhatsApp. Seats are limited to 30 students per cohort and are allocated in order of confirmed enrolment.

2. Course fees and GSF subsidy

The course fee is HK$12,000, payable before the course starts. Our course is listed under the Pilot Green and Sustainable Finance (GSF) Capacity Building Support Scheme (Programme ID: GTP-692242). The subsidy is applied for and paid by the government directly to you after course completion — it is not a discount off our fee. Reimbursement rates (80% for adults, 100% capped at HK$10,000 for students) and eligibility are set by the government and may change; confirm current terms at greentalent.org.hk before enrolling.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

• By you, more than 7 days before the course: full refund of fees paid.
• By you, within 7 days of the course: you may transfer to a later cohort at no charge; refunds within this window are at our discretion.
• By us: if we cancel a cohort (e.g. insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control), you receive a full refund or a free transfer to the next cohort, at your choice.

4. Attendance and certificates

The Certificate of Completion is issued to participants who attend the course. Certificates can serve as CPD evidence for professional bodies that accept self-claimed CPD hours; the course is not Law Society or SFC CPD-accredited.

5. Course materials

Course materials provided (slides, templates, calculators, case studies) are for your own professional use and may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to the course is limited to the course fee paid. We do not guarantee any employment, salary or reimbursement outcome.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
